White Bean Salad
Ingredients
- 6 cup White Navy Beans (cooked, rinced)
 - 4 Organic Tomatoes (medium, diced)
 - 1 cup Red Onion (finely chopped)
 - 1 cup Parsley (finely chopped)
 - ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 - ½ cup Balsamic Vinegar
 - Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
 
Instructions
- Combine the beans, tomato, bell pepper, red onion, and parsley in a mixing bowl. Add the oil and balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
