Excessive sitting time is a risk factor for type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, metabolic syndrome, obesity, and premature mortality and is prevalent in office-based workplace settings.  The objective of this pre/post quasiexperimental study (Standpoints!) was to evaluate the impact of a multicomponent workplace intervention on office employees’ percentage of sitting time. “

“I have worked with Ashley on various health goals since 2017. I follow her business, Move Fully Nourished, on Facebook and saw that she was speaking at the WellBatavia Festival in May 2022- Getting to the Root of Chronic Illness—Heal the Gut. After dealing with a serious health issue a few years before and struggling to get my health back to where it was, I purchased a ticket to her wellness presentation. I hoped that maybe I would learn something that could help me.
Ashley’s presentation spoke to me! I was tired of trying to guess what was wrong with me and knew I needed to get to the root of the issue and enlist her help once again. We tested for gut imbalances, micronutrient deficiencies, and toxins. And WOW, the testing was so eye-opening! Ashley then developed an individualized protocol to help me restore my health.

Let me tell you, here I am almost a year later; it was THE BEST DECISION I have ever made for my health!”

“The future of mental health will almost certainly pull forward the critical impact of nutrition! Research is showing, more and more, the brain-gut link for mental balance and well-being. I own pediatric mental health clinics (Plum Tree Psychology). Ashley presented to our team of therapists and nurse practitioners. She told us about specific foods and their potential impact on psychiatric issues like mood, energy, focus, and motivation. She helped us understand the building blocks of nutrition. She made practical and easy-to-understand suggestions for how we might support families as they pursue happier home lives. Ashley was personable, articulate, and smart. She exhibited passionate expertise in health. We were so impressed and grateful! Thank you so much, Ashley!”

And she always leaves you with a smile too. Rachel is a dynamic and engaging presenter. She is focused on providing relevant and well-researched information in a fun manner. Her confidence is inspiring, and her personality shines through!”
