“I had just been diagnosed with type two diabetes, it wasn’t welcome news to receive, and I wanted to turn it around. I have been through every diet program from Jenny Craig to Nutrisystem to Seattle Suttun, and I’ve had dietitian’s that didn’t help me learn how to make long term changes. In the Move Fully Nourished program, it was so nice to have the 1 on 1 attention and to have a guided plan on how to make changes to turn my diagnosis around. After three months, my HbA1c (diabetes lab) went from 6.9% to 5.7%, and after 6 months it went down to 5.4% and now I am no longer diabetic!
