Frequently Asked Questions from our Move Fully Nourished Clients

What is Move Fully Nourished?

Move Fully Nourished is a virtual functional and integrative nutrition practice that offers personalized 1:1 coaching programs designed to help you achieve lasting health improvements. We focus on getting to the root cause of your ailments through functional lab testing and a holistic approach to nutrition and lifestyle changes.

We exclusively offer our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist services virtually and via telehealth consultations to our 1:1 clients – but for in-person speaking events, community presentations, and corporate lunch and learns,  we are local to Illinois in the Fox Valley Area, Saint Charles, Geneva, Batavia, Aurora, Sycamore, Chicago, as well as Michigan in Rochester Hills, Beverly Hills, Birmingham, Grand Rapids, Saint Clair Shores, Grosse Point, and Novi. We also offer telehealth services anywhere in the country.

How do your coaching programs work?

Our coaching programs range from 3 months to several years, depending on your unique needs, goals, and symptoms. We believe in creating lasting change, so the shortest duration we work with clients is 3 months. We take a personalized, step-by-step approach that aligns with your lifestyle and supports long-term success.

How do I know if your program is right for me?

The best way to determine if our program is a good fit is to book a 30-minute discovery call. During this call, you’ll complete corresponding forms that help us learn more about your health goals, experiences, and ailments. Based on this information, Ashley will make a tailored recommendation for your journey with us.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance; however, we do accept HSA and FSA payments. On a case-by-case basis, we can provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

How are the sessions conducted?

All sessions are conducted virtually through a HIPAA-secured portal called Practice Better. Your initial appointment will be 1 hour, followed by 30-minute sessions weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs. Between sessions, you’ll have access to a message board for ongoing support, including protocols, recipes, meal plans, exercise recommendations, and more.

What are your business hours?

We see clients Monday through Friday during our business hours. All appointments are scheduled to accommodate your time zone and needs.

What kind of support do you offer between sessions?

We understand that ongoing support is crucial for your success. That’s why we offer access to a message board where you can ask questions, receive guidance, and get support between sessions. This includes access to personalized protocols, recipes, meal plans, exercise recommendations, and more.

Why do you require a minimum of 3 months for your programs?

We require a minimum of 3 months because true, lasting change takes time. Our approach is not an “all or nothing” quick fix; instead, we focus on teaching you a personalized process that aligns with your lifestyle and helps you achieve sustainable health improvements.

How do I get started?

To get started, book a 30-minute discovery call with us. During this call, we’ll discuss your health goals, experiences, and symptoms, and determine if our program is the right fit for you. From there, we’ll create a personalized plan to support your journey toward better health.

What types of conditions do you address?

We specialize in reducing inflammation and addressing the root causes of various ailments through functional lab testing, such as stool testing, hormone testing, and micronutrient testing. Our holistic approach is designed to support your unique health needs and goals. See our services page for more information.
