  • 1 Large Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Jicama chopped or stamped using a star cookie cutter
  • 2 cups Organic Strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cups Organic Blueberries
  • 1-4 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil to taste
  • 3 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt REAL Mineral Salt*
  • 1/4 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/3 cup Fresh herbs use your favorite; basil, cilantro, or mint works well

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, toss together the jicama, strawberries, and blueberries.
  • Add a drizzle of olive oil, lime juice, vinegar, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper and toss to combine.
  • Let it rest for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to come together.
  • Toss in the fresh herbs and serve.
